• 2+ years of freight forwarding experience
• Good business English
• Existing customer network is an advantage

Customs declaration, tracking declarations on VNACCS/VCIS.

• Hold customs brokerage agent ID card
• Proficient in VNACCS/VCIS
• HS Code classification experience

Handle booking, documents, track Air/Sea shipments.

• Good English communication skills (reading/writing emails)
• Experience handling B/L, AWB, C/O
• Ability to work well under deadline pressure

Track receivables, debit notes, international payments.

• Graduated in Accounting / Finance
• Proficiency in accounting software (Odoo is a plus)
• Logistics / import-export experience preferred
