Customer Service Staff
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work with oversea agents, shipping lines, airlines, co-loader for pricing and schedules update
– Follow up with plan of international transportation for customers
– Update shipment’s status to customers and functional departments for on time pick up/delivery
– Make Debit/ Invoice to customers and agents
– Check invoices and debit note from agents and suppliers before transfer documents to accounting for payment
– Filing documents in good order
– Other relevant duties as request by manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Good communication skill and flexible in problem solving
– Good at English, especially reading and writing for easy communicating with oversea agents and partners
– High responsibility, careful, good order and good time management
– Experience in working in similar position is advantage
– Colleague graduated and above, prefer candidate international trading, economics schools• Beneficiaries:
